In terms of specifications, the thicker the plate, the greater the bending force. Therefore, when selecting bending equipment, the bending force must be increased. Due to the low tensile strength of stainless steel plates, larger deformation forces are required.

The higher the yield strength of the metal material, the stronger the ductility and recovery ability, so the smaller the angle that needs to be suppressed, such as a 90° bending angle, the repairability of the stainless steel plate will be greater than that of carbon steel when bending. Compared with carbon steel, the suppression angle is Smaller than carbon steel.

Corresponding to the thickness and bending radius of the design drawing, the curved workpiece needs to meet the precise requirements of the design scheme and be measured according to the operator's calculation formula. Is there any problem in simplifying the calculation process?
