Inconel , it has good relaxation resistance below 540℃, and also has good formability and welding performance.

This alloy is mainly used to manufacture ring parts, structural parts, bolts and other parts of aero engines that work below 800°C and require high strength and corrosion resistance, and planes that have medium or low stress and require relaxation resistance that work below 540°C. Springs and coil springs. It can also be used to manufacture parts such as turbine blades. Available varieties include plates, strips, bars, forgings, rings, wires and tubes.

Note: Mn and Si in the table are the contents of rods, forgings, rings and wires. The contents of plates, strips and pipes are: ω (Mn) ≤ 0.35%, ω (Si) ≤ 0.35%


InconelX-750 heat treatment system is a solid solution heat treatment system of 980℃±15℃ for plates, strips and pipes, air cooling.

For the intermediate heat treatment system of materials and parts, the following processes can be selected for heat treatment:

Annealing: 955~1010℃, water cooling.

Annealing of welded parts before welding: 980℃, 1h.

Stress relief annealing of welded parts: 900℃, moisturizing for 2 hours.

Stress relief annealing: 885℃±15℃, 24h, air cooling.


InconelX-750 variety specifications and supply status can supply various specifications of bars, forgings, rings, hot-rolled plates, cold-rolled plates, strips, pipes and wires.

Plate and strip are generally supplied after hot rolling or cold rolling, annealing or solution treatment, pickling and polishing. Bars, forgings and rings can be supplied in the forged or hot-rolled state; they can also be supplied after melting treatment after forging;

The rods can be supplied polished or polished after solid solution. When the order requires, they can be placed in the cold drawn state.

The pipes are supplied after solution treatment and removal of scale.

Wire materials can be supplied in a solid solution state; for wire materials with a nominal diameter or thickness below 6.35mm, they can be supplied after solid solution and with a cold drawn deformation of 50% to 65%; wires with a nominal diameter side length greater than 6.35mm Material, supplied with a cold drawing deformation of not less than 30% after solution treatment. For wires with a nominal diameter or side length not greater than 0.65mm, they must be supplied with a cold drawing deformation of not less than 15% after solution treatment.


InconelX-750 smelting and casting process The alloy adopts electric arc furnace plus vacuum consumable remelting, vacuum induction plus electroslag, electroslag plus vacuum consumable remelting or vacuum induction plus vacuum consumable remelting. InconelX-750 Application Overview and Special Requirements This alloy is mainly used to manufacture corrosion-resistant planar wave springs, circumferential spiral springs, spiral compression springs, spring retaining rings, sealing rings and other parts for aircraft engines with operating temperatures below 540°C.
